Land Development

In 2008, Fairmont Homes reached 20,000 homes built. It was also the year when the company won tenders for two massive land releases – Seaford Heights south of Adelaide and Munno Para to the north. These communities were designed around the principles of sustainable development, and both included significant open spaces and commercial hubs.

After many years of operating from Campbelltown, Fairmont Homes moved to a purpose-built multi-storey head office on North Terrace in Adelaide city.

It also won the tender to develop Walkley Heights and Sheidow Park, subdivisions of more than 600 allotments. It then began its fifth development North of Brisbane and established a branch office in Brisbane. Northridge at Enfield is a Master planned community with a wide range of living choices, including Terrace Living, affordable through to conventional villas and Super villa allotments.
